Welcome to McKinley Middle Magnet!!!! I am looking forward to a wonderful year! Here you will find important information for 6th grade Physical Education.

My planning period is during 6th period which is from 12:30- 1:25. You can email me at any time with questions you might have. I will post announcements on the McKinley Middle App., on my website and on google classroom.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

We will begin dressing out this week.   Please bring athletic shorts, a school appropriate T-shirt and gym shoes. 

We are taking orders for gym suits and the deadline to order is August 30. The shirts are 10.00 and the shorts are 10.00.  All students are required to purchase a gym suit.

We are collecting 5.00 for locker fees and will begin giving out PE lockers tomorrow, August 21.

We did our PACER pre-test this week and will begin our first unit this week.  We will teach all of the kids rainy day games played tournament style.  It is extremely hot outside and we should start out there in September.

The students get 15 points each day...5 for dressing out, 5 for participating and 5 for following rules/procedures.  I will post 75 points every Monday and take points off as they lose them.  I will put why for each point deducted.  You can access all grades in JCampus.
